PCA Photography workshops are conducted throughout the state of Assam and parts of North East India wherein the objective is to equip amateur and budding photographers with professional methodologies. Subject matters such as lighting, wildlife, aperture and shutter control are taught in detailed manner. Renowned photography professional are brought in to give the workshops. The last one of such a workshop was given by Mr Dinesh Kumble reknowned wildlife photographer and elder brother of cricketer Anil Kumble.

    Workshops have been periodically organised throughout various parts of Assam like Jorhat Medical Colleg; Kaziranga Wildlife Sanctuary; State Art Gallery, Guwahati; Srimanta Sankardev Kalakhetra, Guwahati; Dibrugarh; Oil India Ltd Duliajan; Namami Brahmaputra Festival, Dibrugarh, etc.

    Pohor Festival to be held at State Art Gallery, Guwahati in the month of August.
